GUYS - how did I miss the fact that the BBC is making Richard II???? At the risk of revealing myself as a giant geek (well… alright. everyone already knows that i am a giant geek), I have to say that it is one of my very favourite Shakespearean plays. It is surpassed in my esteem only by Hamlet (which, honestly, is my favourite piece of fiction ever) and Twelfth Night. And, sadly, everyone always seems to forget it exists. They always think I’m talking about Richard III. But, still - film version! :D THIS IS VERY EXCITING.
